Open field

Camera-controlled precision weeding, tillage monitoring, disease detection, and crop growth monitoring. For a wide variety of vegetable and staple crops

Precision weeding

This camera-controlled mechanical weeder from LEMKEN runs Track32 vision software. It detects the crop plants to steer its hoeing knives around them but cut away the surrounding weeds. Zero chemicals used!

Tillage monitoring

Good seedbed preparation (i.e. tillage) is a crucial step for growing staple and vegetable crops. Track32 has developed various vision software products for tillage monitoring. The most well-known is iQBlue Tool Monitoring (shown here) for which LEMKEN and Track32 received an Agritechnica Innovation Award in 2023. iQBlue Tool Monitoring can detect tool damage and wear on LEMKEN cultivators. We are also working on blockage detection and quality of work monitoring for the same machines: stay tuned! Camera-based tillage monitoring is especially useful for autonomous agricultural machines

Broccoli yield prediction

This service is based on off-the-shelf GPS drones and Track32 vision software. After a field is recorded the images are uploaded to the cloud. Our software detects and geo-references the broccolis. Using a local weather forecast we can predict their size increase up to 2 weeks into the future. This gives the grower valuable insights about the status of their fields, sellable stock, and last but not least: optimal planning over their harvesting operations which are selective and labor intensive
